Did anyone know about this game releasing in Japan? A second version, I would like to know if it is offline opposite to the first version that was basically an MMO.

I wonder if it could help the Wii U in Japan. It is not doing right at the moment.

Keep in mind that there are many, many other Dragon Quest games which haven't made it across. And bigger Japanese publishers don't seem interested in bringing their MMO's to the west (see: SEGA with Phantasy Star Online 2). Presumably to do with the upkeep costs of the servers vs. how many people they expect to be playing.

Instead of seeking to convince others, we can be open to changing our own minds, and seek out information that contradicts our own steadfast point of view. Maybe it’ll turn out that those who disagree with you actually have a solid grasp of the facts. There’s a slight possibility that, after all, you’re the one who’s wrong.
MMOs are far bigger business in NA/The West than in Japan. Square is outright retarded for not bringing this out at least on Wii U here, after how well DQIX sold here.
But hey, no one accused Square of being terribly smart for the last decade or more....
