Every where I've asked, they say they will have stock on black friday. 

Heh, that's where I bought my PS1 way back in the day. I remember every other place being sold out at the time (Holiday 1997).

sony estimates to sell 3mill ps4's this year. So I can't see that they will ship more than that. We'll see next week how much ps4's were shipped to europe and other markets to see where sonys main focus is. I guess NA

Sold out Black Friday stores will have a few

Walmart received new shipments one or two days ago but they are holding everything for Black Friday... you won't see before late this week.

I think others retails are doing the same.

I'm kind of panicking right now, because some guy told me stores in germany don't even have enough supply to fulfill pre-orders! So I got my pre-order since July 4th, but I'm still gonna get to the store (Media Markt) one or two hours early to be the first in line. It's kinda exciting but frustrating at the same time. If I don't get one of those suckers on friday, I don't know, man. I think I'm gonna cry. :(

Pretty much sold out everywhere, Sales are gunna drop like a rock. Sony better be careful people don't make the switch.

This is a real concern, but who would seriously buy the product they didnt want because they couldnt wait?
