So from the gamexplain map tour (of first 7 world)video,I think mystery challenges alternate with Toad levels so 60 green stars there. 2 levels that are just bosses (2 stars) so there are up to 90 levels with 3 stars (270). Each world has an enemy fight so 12 more there. 270+60+12+2+30. Thats 374. but if the 92 levels aren't including just boss levels, that would add up to 380 green stars
