Sorry but this is a stupid reason to stop making a game. Halo is generally rated one of the best FPS ever made, even if I think it's crap. Yet because a company has made solid good games but they aren't as good as Halo means they should stop? If this was the case we would only have Halo as an FPS series on the market.
I do think that they should stop making Killzone, not because of critical success or failure but because I like game companies to rotate, franchises to finish and new franchises appear. Halo 1, 2 and 3 were a series and since then, MS has dragged it's corpse to produce new games in the franchise, ruining it the more it goes on.
