Platinum! I remember noticing one day how nice and bring my Mom's wedding ring was - asked her about it and is platinum. Plus it's the most ductile, a great conductor, and most all the wiring in the Space Shuttle is platinum.
All that plus it’s a pretty silver-white metal. (It really makes emeralds look good too!)
