Forums - General - Requesting an Interview with a Mobile/Handheld Developer

Hello. You may know me from the Most Wanted Feature I work on or the general discussions I take part in.

I have a request. For a school project, I would like to have an interview for a magazine* with a game developer for either handhelds or mobile devices. The magazine is about handheld gaming in general, and having an interview would greatly improve its quality.

If you agree to help, I would only need to know what company you are a part of or your name or something to confirm you are actually a dev. Then, I could contact you with a list of questions, by email, forum post, telephone, or however else you would like to communicate. If you can't talk about certain things or would wish to contact me privately, I am open to that.

I can not pay you for a interview, but I would do any favors within my power as a random internet user with some knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Thank you very much.

*Said magazine will probably only ever have a few copies and is unlikely to ever be actually published. It's just a school project.

Bumping as a plea for help!

Does anybody know which users here are devs?

This is the last bump before I start acting really pathetic.

Nobody?

If you have a NeoGAF account try there.  They have some developers, here and there.

You should contact the guy that made Gunman Clive. He seems like a very nice person and would perhaps spare a few moments of his time to answer a few questions.

God help me...  I am "promoting" Twitter...

Yeah I'd recommend twitter or neogaf. In the indie thread there are lots of people with very successful smartphone games.

I'm a dev but I don't have any published or even announced games so I'd probably be a bad fit.
