Originally that was true. Capcom released a limited edition PS3 version with a case, download code, and collector's pin.

About a month later Capcom released a physical disc for PS3, Xbox, and Wii U. I'm sure it's still available on Amazon or GameStop.

I'm fine with the digital version, was just suprised of not hearing about its retail release (which I know some people would prefer).

In retrospect, Wii Us launch lineup wasn't bad at all. Though I have to admit I only own NSMB U and Sonic Lost Worlds. I really need to add W101 soon, also I have 3D World and Tropical Freeze preordered.

On launch: 
Nintendo Land, Pro Controller and ZombiU + all my Wii things.


Now:
 Above + Pikmin 3, BLOPS2, 30 cent VC games, Originial Zelda and SMW.


By the end of the year (if my parents spoil me =P):
WWHD, 3D World and all of the above.



Bet with bluedawgs: I say Switch will outsell PS4 in 2018, he says PS4 will outsell Switch. He's now permabanned, but the bet will remain in my sig.

My last Sonic game was Sonic Adventure 2.  So for me this game is kinda a fresh experience.  I especially like the variance in your speed + new parkour system as I find it better for platforming than GOTTA GO FAST.  The various paths you can take is to my liking as well.  A lot of old enemies show up from the Genesis days, so that was a nice nostlagia trip.  The game still has its flaws: can't turn off subtitles (pet pevee of mine), 100 rings /= 1 life anymore, circus mini-game is pointless, music is hit or miss, diffculty and level length vary widely, plot is well....typical Sonic plot.  Not bad, not great, just good enough to be worth the purchase.

i did't get mine's until april but when i got the games i bought with it were monster hunter 3, assassin's creed 3, zombiu, new super mario bros U and nintendo land. but i only got pikmin and wind waker HD since though but i am getting mario on friday

Definitely worth getting. The Wii U now has 10 must own titles so far - NSMB U, NSL U, ZombiU, Batman Arkham City, Lego City Undercover, Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate, Pikmin 3, The Wonderful 101, Rayman Legends and Wind Waker HD are all fantastic and we've got Super Mario 3D World, Donkey Kong, SMT x Fire Emblem, Yarn Yoshi, Mario Kart 8, X, Bayonetta 2 and SSBU on their way plus whatever Megatons they have planned for E3 next year.

You'd be insane not to get one now imo.

Ok cool you certainly sell it well.
