PS2 had a very high failure rate. So high Sony was sued over it and lost. They also charged consumers to fix something they openly knew was an issue.
They tried putting spyware on a lot of peoples PCs a few years back
They kept quiet about the PSN hack when people should have been notified sooner.
Sony is not your friend. They are not here to be your buddy. They do not do things just for your enjoyment. They are a company like any other and they have made mistakes just like any other company.

Calm down buddy. Sony/The world isn't out to get you. You'll enjoy yourself a lot more when you get that PS4. So just hold on till that time eh? ;)

Nice try. It's beyond obvious you don't like Sony and it's fine. Somini called you out on what you did and all you had to say is that that's how you feel, which you have every right to. There was no need to bash Sony for all their past mistakes in this tread, but you did it anyway. Just because we can't hear your voice, it doesn't mean that what you type doesn't show how you feel about the company and what you're trying to achieve here. It's like me going to a Ryse thread and talking about RROD. Completely irrelevant and unnecessary. Also, I would avoid calling other users "kid", if I were you, as it is bannable. 

There's a difference between truth and opinion. For example, if I were to end my post with "This is simply the truth", it would be nothing but the truth. It's only my opinion/my intepretation of what you posted.

For the record, he said that the customer service line for Sony was tied up all day and he couldn't get through.  Anecdotal evidence everywhere but it'll be interesting to see how this all plays out in the weeks and months to come.  He's definitely not a fanboy of either company and is very happy with his purchase but he felt the problems are many.  I just thought it was funny that the only person I know that bought one got BLOD.

Your eyes are obviously not ready for NextGen
Yours are only made for 720/900p or either native1080p without day/night cycles and other weather effects.
Eye operations are expensive so its good you don't want to waste money.
You don't even need a Full HD TV for 95% of the games.

I would hope here in Europe it is the other way around.
No one likes Xbox here(who would?) but i know some stores get a lot less PS4s than they thought/or have to use more of the non PreOrder Units for PreOrders and i fear for my 2nd PS4
And what does it have to do with Xbox?I got a newsletter from a random store today where they still promise a Day1 One if you PreOrder...A FEW DAYS BEFORE RELEASE!Even Gamestop is trying to sell you a One as i just wanted to trade my Fifa for the PS4 Version in LOL
The shops here have more supply than demand xD
On the other side > No chance to get a PS4 before the end of the year since August/early September here.
I love EUrope for that but it is making me angry.
