so.. how did you do? I personally got PWNED by both DMC4 numbers, I got the ratio right 1.5:1 but I guessed them to be 155K vs 110k. *sighs*

 

also, I think we all got KILLED by Wii's hardware numbers. lol

I wouldn't have bet so much if I had known it takes this long to update everybody's predictions. I have over $1000 siting on that first bet still, although I did poorly, I know I can make a fair chunck back.

For now, I have like no money to spread out.

However, you can make your very own if you download the old one and then fill in this week's results (and change the names of the games). Just don't edit any of the calculations, only your predictions and the actuals, and it will calculate the new results for you.

Well I sure got hit on Wii hardware, DMC and Turok. But in my defence, I didn't realize it would be Turok's second week.

My best prediction was Assassin's Creed DS (I had 19 thousand) and apart from the Wii, my hardware was pretty good too.



I'm a mod, come to me if there's mod'n to do. 

Chrizum is the best thing to happen to the internet, Period.

Serves me right for challenging his sales predictions!

Bet with dsisister44: Red Steel 2 will sell 1 million within it's first 365 days of sales.

My worst predictions were (<50%):

Turok (PS3/360) - Was just plain wrong...but thats what I get for flat out guessing.
Assassins Creed (DS) - Accidently typed 1 too many zeros...oops ><
DMC4(PS3) - Way overestimated the PS3 performance here.

 

My Best predictions were(>90%):

PSP - Over 99% accurate, was within 500 units
DS - 97% accurate, was within 5,000 units
Burnout Paradise (360) - 96% accurate, was within 1,700 units
GH3 (PS2) - 94.5% accurate, was within 4,000 units
Xbox 360 - 92% accurate, was within 7,000 units
SMG - 90% accurate
