Still having problems, likely the cable unless the HDMI port is causing the cable damage.
Getting an XBOX One for me is like being in a bad relationship but staying together because we have kids. XBone we have 20000+ achievement points, 2+ years of XBL Gold and 20000+ MS points. I think its best we stay together if only for the MS points.

The Hdmi slot is not flush with the console.make sure the Hdmi slot is flush and nothing is binding it

Don't know why people expect electronics to have a 0% failure rate. His PS4 is probably fucked, just needs to get it replaced with the warranty instead of constantly fiddling with the hdmi.
