Can you name one of each?

I'll start:

Good game by a bad dev: Sonic Colours. Sonic's Team's output has ben pretty dismal for over a decade now, but this very solid entry is an exception.

Bad game by a good dev: Wii Play. Where Wii Sports was paradigm shifting, addictive, and brilliant, it followup felt lazy and shallow.
