Forums - Gaming - Which game has given you so much anger that you broke your controller??

None... why would i blame the controller for something that isnt its fault? If the controls didnt respond/ it was faulty i could understand, but game related... it makes no sense.

I can manage my temper. :D It's usually my pillows that get's the pain in this house.

It's usually not just the game, playing games while already under a lot of stress brings out the anger. I haven't broken a controller in a long time, but I have crushed both sixaxis and wii motes in my hands.
It was worse when pc mice still had balls, damn things always seize up after a while. At one point I had a hammer and a couple cheap spare ones on hand to 'deal' with faulty mice.

Really? I yawned through most levels on the hardest settings. The enemies were bullet sponges. Hated it as a result, especially after completing the first one, which was awesome.

Last boss took me like forever to defeat , that bastard killed me more than 100 times

Which makes me VERY angry

I haven't broken any, but near breaking games are: current gen EA NHL games, SF4 trials, and soon to be CoD Ghost.

Duck Hunt on the NES. I hit the light gun too hard on the ground when that dog was laughing at me. I was 8 at the time, so give me a break.

Super Meat Boy. I played this on PC with a keyboard. I had no trouble playing on my friends 360 and getting past the hospital in both light and dark, because I was using a controller. But on the PC with a keyboard? I died so many times it was ridiculous at the harder levels.

There were so many bs deaths I think that happened, that I got angrier and angrier, and then just started hammer fisting my keyboard, broke off the back hinges that hold it up and the keyboard actually was slightly bent in the center and wouldn't stay flat. It basically wobbled. Took me a bit of time, but I did bend it back by putting the back of it against my desk and pushing both ends.

Yea he can be tricky, especially after fighting that amalgamation of bosses before. He was the only boss worthy of the title in my view. The others were bullet sponges or just took opened up and took that sword whole.

Rayman 2.

**** water lilys, I would destroy the pad again, seriously. Horrible camera with horrible jumps, they should never have gone 3D (but the game is still good)

That game was EXTRAORDINARILY frustrating, but somehow I never broke my controller.

Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo for SNES on the other hand....

I am the Playstation Avenger.
