You usually get congratulations on post achievements from me if:
a) The posts have substance and are not hastily gained
b) You don't make a thread about it

i don't press F5 820 times a day. in fact, I think I have only pressed it 2 times (when u guys told me about it) and if u can see, my profile views are slowing
