Lol, 364 hours is pretty impressive.

Witcher 1 & 2 are pretty good choices. You won't get Skyrim-like exploration but they fit the bill for all your other criteria. Other than that you could give the Diablo series a go. Also, if you haven't given the older Elders Scrolls games a go, they're well-worth it, especially when modded.

For more exploration, you could give Kingdoms of Amalur a go but I haven't played it yet so I can't say how good it actually is

Ugh, seems like I have some catching up to do. Didn't have the energy to continue on my list. That's what you get for working night 7 days a week. -_-
Also, to avoid having half my list consist of Zelda and (2D/3D) Mario games I've put a 5 games/franchise limit on those ones.
