Nope ... I've worked with the Sony + Nintendo combo since the PS1/N64 days - with the PS systems being my primary gaming machines - and I have no reason to deviate from that model. They have served my needs well as a gamer. Getting the XBO in lieu of the PS4 would be a bad move for me. I have little to no reasons to get one, but I will keep my eye on it. It all depends on their exclusives, but getting one in place of the PS4 is out of the question. I would only consider one after securing a PS4.

firstly ps4, then x1 when it changed policies, showed exclusives, dev kit, project spark, and mainly ps4 being twice the price os X1 here in brazil.
But i realised that wainting is the best option.
2014 wii U is having great games. I can wait for 2015 to get a X1.

This is one of the best plans out there.  Stick to what you have for another year and wait for better pricing and librairies.  I just hope I can hold out.  I said the same thing when the PS3 came out and only lasted a few days!  I think I have better resolve now though(and a smaller bank account!).

I got the WiiU already. I was not 100% convinced which console I will get down the line to supplement my Nintendo system.

I've actually changed from wanting neither, to wanting an Xbox One, to wanting a Ps4 and finally back to wanting neither again. Seriously. If they were both out, either could have been an impulse buy. Now, I don't know if I'll ever buy either one.

*edit* I guess I should give reasons.  I was wowed by the promise of Kinect 2.0 but then Microsoft's policies killed my enthusiasm, making the PS4 the obvious choice.  Then, none of the PS4's titles impressed me enough to sustain my hype.  Neither are the big jump I was hoping for (yet) and no backwards compatibility sealed the deal (over 300 PS3/360 games combined in my library. Maybe 400 by now).

So, PS3/360/Wii U/Vita/3DS it is for the forseeable future.

Yes. I thought both, then thought neither, then thought PS4 at launch and Xbox One when Titanfall comes out. Have since decided to get PS4 when some games come along, and will be getting Xbox One sometime before Christmas.

I'm waiting till the summer or maybe even next Christmas. I don't think either launch lineup is very good TBH and I already have a gaming PC for great looking multiplats, so the exclusives will be the decider. I may get a WiiU before either of them though. Currently the exclusives on the PS4 look better to me, but you never know what Microsoft will surprise me with. A true Banjo-Kazooie 3 is like an instant-win button.

Just for curiosity but, how old is that guy?

@OT: It happened to me with the PS3. After being a happy user of the GameCube and the PS2, I was convinced to get a Wii and a PS3... until they revealed the price. That and the early years of worse multiplats made me get a Xbox360.

This gen, however, I already have a WiiU and I'll probably play on PC for the multiplats, so the chance of getting a PS4/X1 before they reach a price of 200 € (so in at least 3-4 years) is very, very low.
