I believe Wii U will have more lifetime sales than the original XBOX, and that will be considered acceptable for Nintendo going forward. Nintendo generally have a 5-6 year policy on their hardware so Wii U will be the console they develop for until about 2017...

Ouya is a compelling device! It's sales where so high that they are afraid to let the people know about them. That, coupled with the Hornystation 4 and Xbox One Nintendo would sell a lot more and profit a lot more. There are no ifs or buts. These games MUST come in 2014.  The Last Guardian being released was not a matter of life or death. PS3 had a whole lot of other games coming.

This however, is a whole different ball game. Every effort will be made to get these games out and I think they will succeed. Yes there is a chance that they might not succeed but considering what's on the line I think they will.

As for the last guardian, maybe it will be on the PS5.

The Wii U & 3DS have a ton of more games coming out, then public knowledge has been disclose.

In the past many months, Nintendo has learned to only mention games that will be release in less then 12 months. Its a lesson learned from the 3DS.

SO LOOK OUT.....no, not radioactive man (LOL), because Nintendo has confirmed that there are a ton moregames releasing on the Wii U that they won't say what the are, until near enough to release. Plus Nintendo confirmed during E3 2012 that there are lots of 2 GamePad controller games on the Wii U, but that the will only get into 1 GanePad controlled games during that E3.

Nintendo is dooooooooooooooooooooooooooing just fine. I'm about to pump a considerable amount of money into the company this holiday season. We are a Nintendo family first, and foremost. Life is no Nintendo game. It's just about PLAYING Nintendo games. Ill wait till next year to get the ps4.

Wii U is not "doomed" as in like.. bring Nintendo to a financial crisis and/or needing to discountine the console. But if we're looking at things in terms of comparing to the past, the arrow is definitly pointing down.. in fact, WAY down from the sales monster that was the Wii.

Yet, the vast majority of the Wii U's great games have yet to be released, so I believe it is still too early to proclaim doom, and in fact, I think many of the games already announced, combined with the very appealing new $300 model with NSMB U bunbled, will move some SERIOUS hardware, moreso than people think. Wii U is far from done, and in fact, I still believe it'll go on to have a life that in many ways parellels the SNES.. That is to say; a noticable decline from the previous generation, caught in the red ocean with its competitors, but will still be a solid console in its own right with a very strong library.

Let's just hope we won't have to go through another N64 and Gamecube before Nintendo realizes their miscues and gets it right this time. ;)

Im the same, can't beat playing with the family, I plan on getting SM3DW with a new controller pro, my partners son was playing on the Rayman Legends demo over the weekend, I told him there's only 8 more go's left on it then that's it, little does he know he's getting his own WiiU for Christmas with Rayman Legends, Lego City Undercover, Pokemon Rumble and NSMBU, I'm also going to download him Art Academy on Christmas day to.
