Forums - Microsoft - P2P2P Xbox Fitness=XboxLive2. Pay to Pay to Play what you already paid for

Let me get this straight.

First you pay for XBox Live. Understandable.

Next buy an XBox Fitness subscription.

Next you buy an XBox Fitness program like P90x.

Sounds like playing an MMO while also having to pay for Live on top of the MMO initial purchase & subscription cost.

No.  See the link below.

@adinnie i understand u het 5 trainers. why isnt that just a one time lurchase then?

@forevercloud
its worse than an mmo. its an mmo where u need to subscribe to both the original mmo another sub for the expansion and then dlc on top of that.

Please read the link below for clarification.  The source of that clarification is in the link.

The payment method is perfectly fine. Not for me though learned how to workout efficiently and effectively with some of the best.

It's not as bad as presented.

5 posts! Damn, you MS guys are desperate.

Still, if true - it's much better this way. If I can just buy a workout without having to buy the sub and even without buying Gold at all (which I despise), this really starts to be interesting again. Guess we have to wait and see what they do with it. They may change the policy a couple of times before 2015 - it's MS after all.

Wii U is a GCN 2 - I called it months before the release!

My Vita to-buy list: The Walking Dead, Persona 4 Golden, Need for Speed: Most Wanted, TearAway, Ys: Memories of Celceta, Muramasa: The Demon Blade, History: Legends of War, FIFA 13, Final Fantasy HD X, X-2, Worms Revolution Extreme, The Amazing Spiderman, Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate - too many no-gaemz :/

My consoles: PS2 Slim, PS3 Slim 320 GB, PSV 32 GB, Wii, DSi.

Wait, do half the people in this thread even workout? I doubt it. Also I do personally think I would rather just buy P90x on DVD rather than subscribe to a monthly or yearly subscription. Side note if your doing P90x then your probably already in good shape to start off with.

Why do you despise Gold?

It's a typical sign of disgusting greed. Let's charge people for something that's pretty much mandatory and free everywhere else. I have no idea how they managed to get away with it. I am a huge fan of PS+, because I see a huge value in what I get from it. I pretty much stopped buying PS3 games since I bought PS+ and will never catch up with my PS+ backlog. But Gold? I think it's just disgusting what MS did. It is the one and only reason why I don't own a 360 thus far. For quite some time I wanted to buy it instead of the PS3 as the main console for the better multiplats and to finally see what all the fuss about Halo is, but all this BS with Gold pretty much pushed me into Sony's hands. By all this BS I not only mean being forced to pay for it, but also the fact that they haven't even started supporting Live in Poland till November 2010, so they were selling the console without any online capabilities, no matter how much cash you threw at MS.

But the worst thing is that they are forcing me to pay for something that should be free. I feel I get absolutely no value from paying for Gold.

That's much better. But, will you be able to be a free member after 2014?

Yes.

How I imagine Microsoft looks like recently.

Still would.

Ongoing bet with think-man: He wins if MH4 releases in any shape or form on PSV in 2013, I win if it doesn't.
