So I need to know: when the rain season comes and internet will be down where I live, will I be able to play the Forza I've bought? Or I'll play a lesser version, witl lower resolution or crappier AI?

sarcastic or serious?
either way, COD has frame rate issues on xbox too....even at 720p.
a patch can most of the time fix frame rate issues but they never increase resolutions.
