PSP had two 5m+ sellers. Neither were exclusive.

So the short answer: no.

I could see a GTA, GT, MH or an exclusive FF reach that level.

3DS will have that one in the bag, if its released for vita it wont be an exclusive. Capcom needs MONEY

Well, on the numbers here we have it sub 5 million.  That's what I was going on.

If you're going to start throwing digital numbers into the mix, things are going to get messy.  Maybe Vita already has a 5m+ seller.  Who knows; we don't have digital figures.

Based on retail sales, no game will beat 5 million.  If anything, because of digital it would make an already impossible task even harder.

We might not have digital sales but there is no way sales would be that high, Sony would be bragging if they were, And we do get some numbers (NPD) (Media Create/Famitsu). Like we know AC new leaf on 3DS has sold over 4mil sold retail + over 1.5mi, digital as of now. Big numbers companies will report!

Well, in this case it would be like 400% more sales as digital :P

But I was doing it to illustrate a point.  Digital sales is an iffy grey area without any solid numbers unless we're told them by a publisher.  So better not to include them; at least until the site figures out a way to track them.

Why don't you just put it: I don't think there will be any games that sell over 5mil lifetime thats an Exclusive on PSV.

Vita is gonna do just fine (as will WiiU) and eventually we might see big non-exclusive sellers like GTA and MH. Conversely we could wonder if we'll ever see a third party game sell over 5 mil lifetime on 3DS. I'm not trolling as I really like both Nintendo and Sony's gaming offerings.
