Fatslob says hes neutral yet he constantly bashes Wii U and Nintendo then he pulls an "escape" card like; "I want to play those few games that Wii U has" ;...to cover up own agenda and bias, why a PC elitist would even bother to join a console exclusive discussion since he apparently he does not care yet he cares... It is funny to me how he thinks I claimed that I am a tech expert yet I never said anything like that then he non stops pop us anandtech even after I explained him like five times that was early on, few months ago, if he continues I am going to pop up how he stated a pure rumor as fact and he still does not learn. When I am wrong I admit it , but when things point out to that kind of scenario then I won't back down ultil proven otherwise...

I couldn't care less about gaf. It doesn't matter if I have conrete evidence. I look for what's the most consistent. The performance so far says the very differently from the possible specs! Why are you getting so defensive ?

The Wii U is more efficient than the PS3 and Xbox 360, and has more RAM as well, so of course it'll have better looking games, but honestly, just barely.

In short, Ninjablade was right, the Wii U is on par with current gen, Nintendo fans seriously owe him an apology.

I don't pull escape cards. Unlike you guys I am not loyal or stuck to one platform manufacturers. I go for the games, not after the platform manufacturers like any fanboy would. As for wondering why I join these discussions I'm interested in knowing the hardware. Your the one with the agenda here, I'm just here to give some thoughts. You don't know anything about me in the real but I'm willing to bet we all know your attitude in the real world.

The one who you should be keeping an eye at is eyeofcore that dude keeps getting banned for talking shit to me LMAO. HIs attitude hasn't changed at all even after the ban and what's more is that he didn't even read the rules yet probably. What's even worse about him is that he trolls at youtube making racist remarks too on his channel LOL. Now If those aren't reasons for closely monitoring him like ninjablade then I don't know what is LOL. My attitude may need working up on and I can atleast fix it but for the most part I've learned my lesson. 

You're the one getting defensive, I just pointed out that through out the whole year we've had speculation from people declaring it's this that using the same logic you're implying yet months later the whole speculation would change, you yourself from your own reply seem upset about this being brought up. At this point most of us as a result are only taking note from credible sources not people on the internet who claim to be working inside and know secrets about area 51 and so on. Anyone on the net can come across as an insider by taking a bit of info here and some speculation there and wording it right that's the point and one you seem annoyed about, if these so called insiders were really who they say they were then we wouldn't have conflicting speculation to begin with they would of got the info right off the go. As it stands they could be the cleaner in Gearboxes offices who overheard someone else speculating for all we know and the whole cycle seems to be one person says something other people say the same and follow it until it changes much later, whether you care about GAF is irrelevant as that's where all of this started and came from.

Your own official sources will never hand out secret info to anyone so why bother ?

Conflicting speculation ? You either take it or leave it and BTW some hackers already confirmed what thw WII Us CPU is, I also wonder if he's just speculating too ? /sarcasm

FYI some of those rumors never change and infact would become a fact. 

Your guys at shin'en didn't deny the specs the WII U had, they only confirmed that it wasn't downgraded. A part of the "anonymous" rumors are being furthered by the the truth such as it's low power consumption and performance shown so far. 

I feel like Nintendo's at their best when they focus on gameplay and stay away from trying to match Sony and MS on graphical levels. All they have to do is use things like bright cartoony graphics and cel-shading to mask any "deficiencies", and they'll be fine. None of their big franchises are even conducive to realism, except maybe Metroid Prime.

I just can't believe the amount of people arguing & getting banned for this topic. There are many criticizing XB1 and their 1.2 TFLOPs (cloud not included, lol) for being "much weaker" than PS4's 1.84 TFLOPs...so tell me, why fuss over 176 or 320 or 500 or...whatever TFLOPS, if Nintendo is much weaker than the comp. regardless? Waste of energy IMO.

The bigger issue, is Nintendo failing to capitalize off of Wii's gaudy profits, and becoming more competitive in terms of power (AS IN, no degradation of performance for next gen 3rd party games). Nintendo is not trying to steal PS or MS fans, which is what it should have aimed for, after improving their brand name in the home console market with Wii's success. They squandered their 1 yr head start as true "next gen" system, instead offering performance closer to pS360, WITH A MORE EXPENSIVE PRICE on top. Big,big fail, and it showed since most ppl were not fooled. Only Ninty fans (like myself) bought in. So, once again, it will happily play 2nd fiddle/companion to PS4/XB1 (i say that b/c its "non threatening" to MS/Sony's product).

For this reason, I will stop buying Wii U 3rd party games at full price, once next gen begins, and instead, MAYBE, buy them when the price drops to $30 or lower. I will gladly pat Ninty on the head and continue buying their 1st party gems at launch, but if they want serious 3rd party support, then they cannot give us inferior versions. I honestly hope Nintendo learns their lesson in this regard...Power should NEVER be sacrificed.
