I didn't play Halo 4, but one of the biggest issues that ruined Reach's MP for me was the fact that the lobbies were locked when the games began and no one could join mid-game. This was INCREDIBLY annoying and game breaking because almost every game someone from my team or the other team would rage quit out mid game, leaving the match to be unbalanced for the rest of the game. It really ruined the game because if one person leaves, the other team members start to leave as well and eventually I'd end up fighting 1 or 2 dudes on the other side, which is not fun at all. I hope they fixed this by letting players join at all times.
