Hmmm, good idea.

I would toss Xbox's Fez for PS3's Flower. Mostly cause the Fez guy seems kinda mean and I think Flower is a nice relaxing 'game.'

And for Nintendo I would toss Metroid other M for Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch. Cause I really like Hayao Miyazaki and thank he is amazing.

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.
