I only got a chance to try Forza but I really liked the new triggers and the extra feedback. It adds a whole extra dimension to your play; spin your wheels and the accelerator rumbles but brake too hard and the brake will rumble. It actually acted to make me drive more carefully than I would which consequently made me slower, lol.
It was a lot of fun though. I really like the feel of the controller as a whole. Both next gen controllers are improved over their current gen counterparts imo.
