I don't know if they will...:/

For 3DS they separate the XL from the Original, so I don't know.

 

 

If they do, my reason is because it's the same Vita hardware they're using

If they don't, my reason is because it's more of a home console.

Did they do it for PSP and PSP Go?

I think they might, just like the 3DS models.
