I have no idea what this is. Does it just track hiw many trophies you have?

It tracks your trophies, assigns them a point value and then adjusts that value based on the percentage of people who have that trophy.

It gives a better impression of how difficult trophies are and how good people are

But theres so much happening on that site in terms of features/personalisation etc, it can take weeks to fathom it all out.

Yeah, it's really handy from that point of view, though I'm not convinced that the guides and stuff on the site are really much better than Xbox360achievements or PS3trophies

I tend to use a combination of the two. I find the "road maps" on the other site better as they just initally just give an outline of what I could miss in my first playthrough since I like to play games through initially without a guide

But theres a lot of walkthroughs now over on TA, and i suspect the same will happen on TT over time as the site grows.

One advantage that TT has over PS3T is that you can pick a game, and look at every specific achievement, and there could be anything between 1 and 100 guides for that particular achievement, hence saving time sifting through everything on PS3T.

Both great sites though no doubt.

And once you have an achievement/trohpy, its easier to find the ones you need to still get on TT. (quicker reference than PS3T)

Yeah, the key to that site is the ease of use and options avaliable

I agree with truetrophies, it will just take a bit of time for guides to turn up in places. Ideally they would work on some sort of solution to kind of combine the sites where in the case of an achievement being exactly the same as the trophy, the guide is automatically duplicated. We are all sensible enough to convert controls

Yeah, if i don't see a guide for an achievement on TA or X360A.......... i have a look on PS3T.

With the unified accounts on TA/TT perhaps that will be the next step.
