Nintendo news of 16/10/2014: Hopefully things go better today

• September NPD: The 3DS, with the release of Smash Bros., had an increase of 55% month-over-month, selling 140k units (remember SSB was out only for the final week of the month). Smash alone sold 705k units, with 135k of them through the eShop! On the other side, the Wii U had an increase of 50% month-over-month, selling 89k units (that's... not too bad? Between good and bad) in September. The very good news is that Hyrule Warriors sold 190k units (EDIT: It does include digital #'s), and Mario Kart 8 sold 60k units (including digital) and has a total of 1.2 million LTD!
• Hyrule Warriors Master Quest pack trailer!
• 2 new Wii U bundles, with Mario Kart 8, are going to Japan next month.
• Tomodachi Life was the best selling game in France during summer, with 200k units sold!
• A possible Smash U announcement is coming!
• The Wii U has sold "good" so far this year, in the UK.
• 4 new themes are now available for the 3DS. They're free in Europe >:/
