I have really high expectations for this game, it seems to be everything that the FFs of old used to be, plus the overall artwork of the game is just superb. Also 7 more days until A Link Between Worlds is released. My body can't be more ready than it is already . |
I must say, the demo is really really weird. I don't know why, but it is. You'll see anyway just how big the demo is.
Also, my apologies theEspionage! I'll be sure to grab it, I promise!

Weird in which way? Does it drop you in mid story with you having no clue as to what's going on? If that's the case, sadly that's how most RPG demos end up, I'm just glad I'll get to see the game in motion on my XL at last .

It's quite the opposite, it feels almost like a whole self contained game which you can save, choose your destination and everything.
|
So the save will carry out into the main game, a la Etrian Odyssey IV, or it's completely separated from the main game?
|
Nah, it carries over from the demo as you say. Don't know how exactly, but it does.
|
Trying it out now. It seems the story is separate from the main game, the only thing that it carries out are completion bonuses. There are seven in total, so I'm gonna try and find them all.
That town building feature is nice, though 10 hours to unlock a path? Since there's 0% chance of finding anyone through streetpass playing the demo here in Portugal, it's gonna be a bit of a pain.
