That's a rip off of Puzzle Swap from Nintendo 3DS, which was also previewed during E3 2010.

I prefer Nintendo's original version, because it's in 3D and once your complete the puzzle you can also move the camera view around.

Anyways, sorry no one guess. To be fair I just logged back in now, LOL but true.
