It's a little hard to answer, but I'll go in order.
Greninja because Einsam_Delphin gave him to me for free, and he's awesome. Aegislash because of it's amazing ability and I wanted/needed a physical attacker. Quagsire and Miltank... I wanted those 2 in my team since the beginning. Klefki and Hariyama were hard, I wanted a sweeper (Hariyama), but he could go down in one hit easily, so I thought of having a good, defensive hazard dual screener, and Klefki was the best for that job.
And finally, I decided specifically in some of those pokemon (like Greninja and Quagsire) because they were simple Pokemon to EV train. But Miltank was a hard decision.
