The article's source goes to a twitter account, which is really vague, but the tweeter says that he gets his info from Planete Nintendo, a french Nintendo wordpress site that supposedly demoed the game. It seems to be referring to this article:

And on another note, I think I'll get the GBA Advance Wars for WiiU, although I find that asking 7 € for those games is pushing it a bit too much.
