And I have a hard time believing someone didn't have any issues with it. It's a pretty universal complaint this game has gotten. It was likely implented because of the 4-player multiplayer. I hope that never returns if it means we're stuck with that camera perspective.

You're mistaking me just stating my experiences for me hardcore defending, when that's not the case. I'm not saying "You didn't have any issues with the camera because I didn't" In fact, you're the one that's doing that to me. So please respectfully put this down, because literally this conversation isn't going to go anywhere.

Well this is how I see it:
Saying a 3D platformer needs an isometric camera perspective is like saying a game needs 24fps for a cinematic experience.
If you ask me 60fps is objectively better, just like a non-isometric perspective in a platformer is better than an isometric perspective. But most of my problems stem from the controls anyway.
