The battle theme for XCX is just....EW. I dislike the tone/rhythm, really don't like that type of music and I hate rapping .....

It seems like something that will grow on you. And the battle-cries will drown out the lyrics.

You'll get the hang of it. Out of context it is an odd cchoice. 

I don't think its too bad, it will probably grow on you as you play the game, and i think its hard to call if it fits due to the different landscapes, like those plains and NLA

The battle music in XCX is like a parallel of Bayonetta 2 for me. Both games have strange, lyrical themes that seem like they shouldn't fit in their games but when you're actually playing it, everything falls into place.

Or at least that's what I assume will happen. Personally, I already like the battle theme (as well as the rap song that was in the first Japan direct).

It will definitely take at least 15 hours for it to grow on me, especially if it's frequent. :/ Rap music is one of the few types that I never listen to.

Everything else about the game is amazing , obviously. :p

edit: the vocals in Bayonetta fit to me because Bayonetta sings them and some are just classics from black & white times lol.

Jeez guys, already so much has happened in my short absense. Where do I even begin...? Everyone who hasn't played any of the AA games, you gotta play them. They are all so goooood!!! Not a single one is bad. Just play them! You'll thank me later! : ) And I need to finish Bravely Default. Bravely Second is getting me hyyyyyyyyped...!
