Wow Japan is da best man.

Hopefully this awesome rise make Nintendo understand that 100GB really should have been the LEAST storage space option available, and next gen they give us a ton more.

I mean, 8GB is nothing. Don't expect to get any digital stuff, aside from perhaps 1 or 2. I only have 16GB left of my Deluxe U that I got only in September.......and first time I bough eshop stuff on it was Xmas.. :/

I need to move to Japan ASAP.

Get a work visa when you're 18: http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/thread.php?id=190142

They need you.

I haven't beat it yet. If you can find a way to touch with the gamepad to stun them you can get by them without eating a fireball.

Or you time running past them, i.e. they can't shoot a fireball immediately after firing one and will sit in their spot without doing anything.

For the 5,000 coins achievement, you only need to collect the coins on your way to the exit, so you should focus on just that instead of going out of your way to collect everything on every floor. Playing that way will reduce the time of each attempted run drastically. Turning off the headlamp right at the beginning should be standard procedure, that way you don't alert the Shy Guys that you will come across eventually.

I've been touching the gamepad to stun enemies and it's worked pretty okay so far. It mostly works for the piranha plants, since they remain in one spot and can't follow me around.

The 5,000 coins achievement doesn't seem too hard. I've been doing the strategy you suggested and just going towards the exit because it does save a ton of time. I've also been turning off the headlamp and it's helped a lot too. The highest I've gotten is level 46 with about 4,000 coins. The whole thing isn't necessarily hard, it just seems to be whether or not I get lucky because I've noticed the placement of enemies and blocks alternates between attempts, and most of the time the thing that kills me is the camera angle. It's pretty hard to run, touch enemies and move the camera all at the same time. Regardless, I'm determined to complete this today!

If Splatoon becomes the next big thing after MK, Smash and Pokemon then Nintendo hit a bullseye.

It's not that surprising that digital revenue has increased with the Wii U launch, didn't expect it to be that much though.

So, Nintendo, release a Wii U with a larger hard drive!

I think the same way... but:

It's Nintendo who we are talking about and, given that their digital sales are doing ok with such small internal storage plus the option to use an external HDD/SD card, I'm affraid that Nintendo will do something similar with their next machines.

Please excuse my bad English.

Former gaming PC: i5-4670k@stock (for now), 16Gb RAM 1600 MHz and a GTX 1070

Current gaming PC: R5-7600, 32GB RAM 6000MT/s (CL30) and a RX 9060XT 16GB

Finally beat Mummy-Me Maze Forever! Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker is a cruel mistress, but the reward was pretty sweet, so I'll let it slide. Very nice to finally 100% it. With that out of the way, I'll start playing Bravely Default tonight.

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

Just stumbled across this:

Why the hell do people make up crap like this?
