While it doesn't give us much detail it sounds like the guys who wrote this are pretty convinced it's Halo 5. What ever it is we'll find out next year when the game hits on the Xbox One.

I assumed it was Halo 5, I mean judging by the teaser the "Halo on Xbox One" story takes place after the events of Halo 4. Plus, the producer of the teaser released an extended version, the only difference being the Halo 5 symbol appearing in the end.

Still, it would be great to hear it from Franky, Angel, Holmes, Bravo or whoever from 343i just to make it official. The extended teaser could be an old version so I still have my doubts, and this doesn't really change much.

But you're right, we'll know next year. Already hyped for e3, why do my final exams have to be around that time? -_-

all i know is ill be enjoying all 60fps and the dedicated servers when it comes out

I hope the story is better than the last one, they really missed an opportunity to change things up with 4 (rather than more of the same...)
Other than that I doubt anyone is expecting Halo 5 to be anything less than great.
