for me, it was when i found a shiny Kyogre in Pokemon Sapphire, and the game froze. i actually threw my GBA at the wall, it's okay though (thank god).

Tekken 2 Devil Kazuya. OMFG how I hated him. I would scream at the TV like a psychopath.

In the newer time probably the tower of sen in dark souls.but i had an Old tv so i died more often.

In older times probably Punch Out nes, Macho man was so annoying. Or maybe shinobi Master system or mach Rider nes. But sagat in Street fighter 2 was also annoying.

Dead or Alive Dimensions

After hours of trying I almost managed to complete the insanely difficult final Tag Team battle (Enemies have ~ 10x your heealth and can almost OHK you with a throw; your AI partner SUCKS), just to die while the second enemy is at 1% health.

Threw my 3DS around the room (always in a blanket or pillow, though) and didn't touch the game again for half a year. I've managed to beat it the next time I started up the game :D

Monster Hunter Tri. Almost all of the 200 hours I played.

The quest for a Skypiercer was the drop that spilled the cup. I sold it after that.

CoD:BO online.
That game was bad for my health, I broke 7 controllers in a 10 month period.

And pokemon ruby, session of 10hours+ and then my moron nephew shuts down my GB (no save).

Candy Crush. When you finally have the color you need after some careful planning and then some random candy from the sky erases it before you can make a move.

Getting to the end of Lunar Legend and having my file mysteriously erase.

The browser game Winnie the Pooh Baseball Derby, Cristopher Robin is a dick.

Also I remember that I was really mad one day because I couldn't beat a boss in Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories for the PS2. I was so mad that I crunched the controller, it still has the mark of my teeth.

And in Tomb Raider the first one. I reached the final boss with no health kits and I had almost no health and it was really late, I didn't have the will to redo the entire stage, I hated the save system in that game... I was at the point of breaking my TV. I was up until 4 AM but I finally got the pattern and beat the boss, but then I had to escape from the crumbling tomb...and lost. That was the last fucking straw, I threw my controller to the ground and went to sleep... or that is what I tought... I tried but I really wanted to beat the fucking game, So I went back and did it again. I actually beat it by 5:30 AM and finally went back to sleep. It was brutal...
