Their rumors and leaks have mostly been correct so far, so I dont doubt it.

How do you think this affects next gen? XB1 still gets the early DLC, but PS4 will be the superior version. I also find it kind of bad that the X1 cant run COD in 1080, especially since its not a graphical showcase type of game. 

I wonder if this has more to do with trying to keep the bandwidth under control for dedicated servers than it does system power.

Higher Resolution doesn't mean superior. Xbox one version could have higher levels of detail with more going on the screen at one time. Not saying that's necessarily the case. Fact of the matter is it has not been confirmed but this is from june...................... So now we wait.

When will this nonsense stop? COD sacrifices amazing graphics for an amazing frame rate. It doesn't matter if it's not a "graphical showcase", it's still a game that pushes hardware. If it didn't take effort to get 60 FPS then everyone would do it.

Anyway, not saying this isn't true, but as is the case with every negative Xbox One news radiating from NeoGAF, take it with a large grain of salt.
