Funny you were talking about Sonic's simple but high res/quality artstyle yet the game's actual content seems right up your alley ( you liked Sonic Adventure 2 raite?)

I suppose you were talking to me. I dont find Sonic adventure 2 childish. I'm not sure what you are getting at. I find the Art style on Sonic lost world to be aiming at a very young demographic. If you hear the dialogue, its pretty clear aswell. As far as Sonic lost world's gameplay, i havent played it. All i can tell is from the video footage.

From what I hear its dialogue aimed at deadpan snarkers. Sorry I dont let my children partake in watching shitty cartoon filled with sarcasm.

I dont know who you're talking to. :D This convo makes no sense. Maybe you have me confused with someone else.

I get that they want the game to appeal to everyone, but what about the gamers that grew up with the franchise? When is Nintendo going to cater to those (now older) gamers?

Pokemon was always meant for children and the tween's crowd, never older. The focus of the franchise will remain the same. Making an adult-version will only ruin it for the kids. They don't cater to players who may complain about it remaining the same childish game,  because they expect the older players who continue playing the franchise to grow out of it, especially considering how much of the same exact formula to produced every single game.

They produce new games for new generations of children, not for older gamers.

All of this, of course, is just my opinion.

Skyrim 100%'d. Dark Souls 100%'d.
Dark Souls > Skyrim.
Halo 4 is the best damn FPS since Halo 3.
Proud pre-orderer of 2 PS4's and an Xbox One.

Currently Playing: Dark Souls II, South Park
Playstation 4: MGS V GZ, Killzone: Shadow Fall, NBA 2k14.

Nintendo actually only Owns 30% of the franchise, and it's Game Freak that chose where, when and why to make the main series games, the other side games are choosed by "The Pokemon Company" that rules the Pokemon franchise

The pokémon company is affiliated with Nintendo though... so Nintendo does own the IP in the end.

yeah, the pokemon company is own  by nintendo trought a juridic fiction called "affilation", so nintendo own the ip

The amout of new features pokemon has recieved in the last 15 years is the typical amount of new features games othe games will get in a single sequel, two at most.

See what I meant when I said it's usually the people who don't really know anything about the game that talk about it being the exact same thing?

You are a perfect example of this, as I knew you would be.

You're just spouting words but not actually saying anything.  Care to back up anything?

He is saying you dont play pokemon andyou wouldn't kno, which is true cuz XY has tons of new feats, in fact it has more than the last 4 generations put together. You have to play to kno

WTF are you talking about. This is the best Pokemon game since Gen II. By keeping (yet enhancing) the formula - unlike other series (*cough* Final Fantasy *cough*) - they are already catering to me. I want to play Pokemon, not *insert whatever gritty game* with the Pokemon IP slapped on it.

I'm just spouting words and not saying anything? Funny coming from you who just a while ago said in the last 15 years pokemon has had at most two new features added.

Your posting style is so predictable.

Are you sure you don't want to play Call of Pokemon: Modern Playground XXX?

That is not what I said.  Brush up your reading comprehension.

What was it you said then? Seems pretty clear.

That would be some harcore stuff. I'm not into furries either but there are tastes for everything! It should also come to PS4 and Xbox one!
