Forums - Gaming - any way to make a 360 controller work on a PS3?

so i got a 360 controller that i use on my PC. i tried once connecting the Wifi adapter it has on the PS3 and using it on the PS3, but it didnt work. so i was wondering if there is a way to make it work. its not neccessary, i do prefer the PS controller and i got 3 of those. but it wouldnt be wrong to have an extra back up with the 360 controller in case we want to play a 4 multiplayer game or so. so can it work?

Around the Network

you need an adapter as far as i know. they make them for both systems so you can use ps3 on xbox 360 or xbox 360 on ps3

here is a link to one http://gizmodo.com/5916696/you-can-use-an-xbox-360-controller-with-a-ps3-or-a-ps3-controller-with-an-xbox-360-now

it says it does wii too. not sure on that though

Cross Battle Adapter.. If you have a wired 360 controller its like 20 bucks.. If you want a wireless one its 80 bucks

You only need an adapter. I bought an XCM Cross Battle adapter for £5 on ebay.
