I saw some trailers and I wasn't crazy about the style of the game.
I really like Sonic Generations. Which actually had a good critical reception and sales were solid. That should stick to that.

Well i like the way it looks, like the older games looks to have some proper platforming going on, think some people think because sonic runs the games should be about speed, the old games was about the platforming more than speed. im picking it up today.
Sucks for wii u owners, another flop!!! Hopefully Mario can save the day like always.

I'm guessing he's referring to games that didn't get at least an 8/10 for average I think.... (or whatever score he considers "not a flop"). Besides, averaging reviews I've found, it seems to be around 65%, not too bad.

The only game I could think of is W101, and that game is far from a flop (as a game, the reviews were rubbish...and the sales too)
Maybe he will come back to clarify....or his intention was just drive by trolling, who knows...
its honestly tough to know if a sonic is good or not without playing reviews for them aren't typically good and i wouldn't even trust sonic fans to walk a dog

This1 This so much! Sonic never was about speed to me. Sure, it was a great element in the original games, but it wasn't what made it good.
