Woo finally got a decent Pupitar. Jolly, 15+ IVs on all except HP. biggest downside is 31 IVs in SpAtk which it dosent need. Time to EV train =D

IVs can only be checked via an IV check tool on websites. its basically every pokemon is assigned a bonus 1-31 stat points for each stat. The higher the better obviously. its completely random too

You've already have a Physical Sweeper/Defensive coverage Ghost, why not go for a Special Sweeper? Gengar, Banette or Chandelure (which will also serve in the role of Fire Sweeper).
