Amazon have launched a pre-order page for Kingdom Hearts 2.5 HD ReMIX, announced earlier this morning. The collection, which contains Kingdom Hearts 2, Birth By Sleep and the cutscenes from ReCoded, will be out some time in 2014.
Although it’s definitely just a place holder right now – there’s no official information or description, no set-in-stone price or release date – the pre-order function will work in the same way as any Amazon pre-order. If (when) the price is reduced, you’ll get the cheapest price, along with any pre-order bonuses that might be made available. Money isn’t taken until the item is shipped. Kingdom Hearts 2.5 HD ReMIX includes two of the best games from the franchise – Kingdom Hearts 2 and Birth By Sleep – fully playable and with updated graphics. Each of the games also comes in their Final Mix editions, with added content, new scenes, bosses and characters. ReCoded wasn’t the best title in the series – it was originally a mobile game and it kind of shows – but piggybacked on Birth By Sleep and Kingdom Hearts 2, it’s seriously hard to grumble too much.
Kingdom Hearts 2.5 HD ReMIX comes out in 2014.
