Forums - Nintendo - Question for WiiU owners.

So, I've been considering getting a WiiU for christmas because of the games and the gamepad.

I already know it can't play movies on DVDs and BD discs and that doesn't matter because I already own a PS3.

I'd like to know of the console's Internet Browser.  Judging by the videos on youtube, it's far better than the ones of PS3 and X360.

My question is:  Can it store my passwords from websites like Vgchartz and Facebook ?

All the help is appreciated.

Yes it stores passwords, I hop on YouTube and VGChartz all the time on it.

I may be wrong, but I thought the latest update allows this.
It's a great browser btw, probably the best I've used on a gaming console.

Yup, latest update lets you save passwords,

Yeah you could just leave yourself logged in either way. Even if it didnt save the passwords.

But it does.

Now if we could just get an iheartradio app..

Yes!!

Yes it does, and I think the browser is better than my Laptop. It's faster (don't know how), everything looks great and you don't too move a cursor, everything is done in a touch. Reaaaaally sweet browser .

Bet with bluedawgs: I say Switch will outsell PS4 in 2018, he says PS4 will outsell Switch. He's now permabanned, but the bet will remain in my sig.

It is far better by virtue of the big touch screen. It's so much easier to type in stuff with the stylus instead of using a regular controller to scroll through letters, and just "click" on stuff on-screen. It's still not great, but infinitely easier to use than other console browsers.

Its great. I use mine every day. Its the best browser out there except for PC.
That isn't opinion either. Its rated higher than anything except PC.
