The two controllers in my house developed a couple of different issues. Mainly issues with the analog sticks not doing what they are supposed to and also bumper issues. I don't remember exactly what happened with my friend's controller, only that he had it replaced through Amazon and had some other problem with the replacement. Looking around online, you'll find that people who don't have any problems are in the minority, just peep Amazon's reviews for instance.
I really wish it didn't go down like that because I was in love with the controller. It really sucked going back to the standard 360 controller after playing hard for a couple of months with the Onza. Oh and my controllers were also the TE version as was my friend's. |
Not always the case but I've seen that people who have problems with a product are the ones that are more likely to post a review than satisfied customers. I've ordered a ton of stuff from Amazon and I've only written a complimentary review twice. Once when a game arrived really early and once when I ordered a soundbar and they sent a better one than I actually asked for. Aside from that, I've only cared to review when I spewed hatred.
Still don't recommend anything but official Microsoft wireless controllers, though. Just was just a rule of thumb when it comes to product reviews.
