I just looked through all the games that I played this gen and was kind of suprised. Most of the games, if not almost all are AAA titles. I of course have a couple indies that aren't included in my games since I might forget to name them lol, but overall it's AAA. heres my list.

I shall categorize them from AAA-AA-Indie-Note, it's based on budget. Some something like w101 would be considered AAA even though it's niche. Most jrpg's are most likely AA by comparison.

Analysis: I seem to enjoy the big budget AAA titles the most with some indies in between. Not to many though. Even if I add the ones I forgot, the ratio would still be in favor of AAA most likely. There are alot of shooters on the list lol. JRPG's are not my thing, theres like one or three if you include the souls series. WRPG>JRPG. No platformers to be seen. Few racing titles. A decent number of action/adventure titles.

So, what about you? What are the majority of your games?

B-tier games, mostly.

Mostly RPG's, Nintendo games and a little bit of everything. I don't care about the budget of the game.

Scattershot. I play all kinds of stuff.

AA, aka mid market games.

Such as Dark Souls, Dante's Inferno, Vanquish, XCOM, Dragon's Dogma.

But a lot of AAA games are great too, such as Elder Scrolls, Fallout, Sassin's Kreed and Red Dead Redemption.

I only play awesome games.

Just kidding mostly PC & Nintendo classics and AAA. And by PC AAA I mean torchlight, SC2 and LOL, cause I love those types of games they're AAA.

A mix of games, I'd say 50% AAA, 30% AA, 20% A or independent
