I played over 25hours in 3 days, now today I barely had time to play, neither will I tomorow cause of exams :( (damn you exams, why you 1 week after launch of pokémon!)

I'm right in front of the 7th gym. Just wanted to point out that my Greninja is lvl 58 and he still had not learned any dark move... I think it's really odd.

I also still have no clue what will be my party, cause as of right not, I'm still swapping pokémon all the time. My only ones that are really regulars are Greninja, Blaziken, Blastoise and Lucario but even them I usualy swap once in a while, I'm also using Raichu, Aurarus, Pidgeot, that slug looking dragon that I forgot his name, a pre evolved Garchomp, Butterfree(mainly when I want to try catching pokémons), Golbat and Evee that I'm trying to evolve into Espeon.

The good old Gamefreaks dragon hax . Remember Lance's Dragonites on Gold/SIlver? Two were at level 47 and the other was at level 50 XD.

Edit - Found me some Gibles on my way to work!. Now I seriously need to rethink my team if I manage to capture an Adamant one with good IVs.

Edit 2 - 20 Gibles later: 6 Quirky, 6 Bashful, 3 Timid, 4 Serious and 1 Hasty. I just keep on rolling the good luck train to shitville >_>.

Is there a way to know the Pokemon's IV's in this game?

So far I haven't found it, but i'm estimating mostly based on experience. I'm now content with a Hasty Gible that at level 26 has 49 attack (biggest attack I've seen was a Serious one with 50 on level 27), so it has fairly high, if not maxed, attack IVs.

If it's like previous games, then the IV NPC is gonna be localted on the Battle Maison, just like all other IV NPCs were located in the respective Battle facilities.

IV Calc is the best way, but breeding for IVs is a bitch so I dont bother.

We will have to wait for new Pokes

If you want I could let you borrow my Adamant Ralts, that should make hunting for good IV"s with the right nature easier

I got a Jolly one as well
