WTF??? A hydragon (srry misspell) came at me from the sky O.o Lv 59 wen its suppose tobe lv 64 to get to its final evolution!!!

The good old Gamefreaks dragon hax . Remember Lance's Dragonites on Gold/SIlver? Two were at level 47 and the other was at level 50 XD.

Edit - Found me some Gibles on my way to work!. Now I seriously need to rethink my team if I manage to capture an Adamant one with good IVs.

Edit 2 - 20 Gibles later: 6 Quirky, 6 Bashful, 3 Timid, 4 Serious and 1 Hasty. I just keep on rolling the good luck train to shitville >_>.

Is there a way to know the Pokemon's IV's in this game?

So far I haven't found it, but i'm estimating mostly based on experience. I'm now content with a Hasty Gible that at level 26 has 49 attack (biggest attack I've seen was a Serious one with 50 on level 27), so it has fairly high, if not maxed, attack IVs.

If it's like previous games, then the IV NPC is gonna be localted on the Battle Maison, just like all other IV NPCs were located in the respective Battle facilities.
