My brother while playing driving games with a controler usually twist his arms, bend his neck and flip his tongue to the side "in hope" that it may help him do the turns... maybe with Kinect 2.0 all that extra effort may finally make a difference.

when i was a kid i had a friend who would raise his legs in the air while he turns, alternating legs depending on the direction... we made fun of that for YEARS.. we still laugh about it. he looked hilarious

Motorstorm had tilt enhanced steering with sixaxis, didn't make me drive any better.
Give me positional head tracking so I can finally straighten up and peek over the next hill crest, I can't stop doing that anyway.
