  • Mario & Sonic at the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games™: Launches this holiday season. Further details, including launch date and pricing, will be revealed at a later date.
  • Third-party titles: Previously announced titles on the way from Nintendo's publishing partners include: Scribblenauts Unmasked: A DC Comics Adventure (Sept. 24) and LEGO Marvel Super Heroes (Fall) from Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment; Skylanders SWAP Force (Oct. 13) and Call of Duty: Ghosts (Nov. 5) from Activision Publishing; Sonic Lost World (Oct. 22) from SEGA; and Rayman Legends (Sept. 3), Just Dance 2014 (Oct. 8), Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag (Oct. 29) and Watch_Dogs (Nov. 19) from Ubisoft

that's actually pretty good. didn't know super mario and wii fit u launching this early, let's hope the wiiu does good this holiday (i really want that).

must-have-list for platforms i don't own yet:

WiiU: Donkey Kong

XBone: Dead Rising 3, Ryse

Is this a joke nintendo ? Oh well it'll be hard for the wii u to get past 5mil this holiday seeing as how DK alone with mario probably isn't enough but this pretty much guarantees that it won't go over 5mil this holiday.

Its OK. good move

Glad that up until now nobody screems murder etc.
It is for the better, the holiday line up is good and Nintendo needs to keep the momentum in 2014 to have a chance against PS4Bone !
...honestly 2014 sounds aweasome:
Donkey Kong
Bayonetta 2
Yarn Yoshi
X
Mario Kart
Smash Bros.
...not bad !

I'm seriously having trouble how people think this is a good business move seeing as how 3D mario will be getting smashed by the likes of bf4, COD, and gt6 all together near each other plus the wii u also has to face some fierce competition this holiday which makes things worse.

lol, why? WiiU owners will buy the game and people will buy the system to get the game. DK is a smart move for next year. Which is still early considering its Feb! Your impossible 5mil total units prediction will not come true.

I am sadden by the delay but am patience enough to wait for a better non rushed game but the Wii U really needs some 3rd party games to fill the gaps between waiting for 1st/2nd party games because the drought the Wii U had in 2013 needs not to be repeated in 2014.
