Vita had this feature too... most complain about the trophy hunters is they can't hide the 0% trophy... this make the "efficiency" lower... like I only completed 98% of all my trophies... hidding the 0% you have 100%.

No.

It is just I don't like this game I don't want to play it... so I won't get any trophy from it.

The 0% games didn't add nothing to your overall ranking but it show in you completation history in the tracking sites... people want to hide them.
