First off, good game Wild, I'm surprised you guys didn't win in regulation. Lu was pretty good but Harding sure knows his net.

I'm also in favor of getting rid of the Shootout. Its a bad idea in comparison to the extra 5 mins of 3 on 3. 3 on 3 is so much more exciting because its breakaway city, its like an adrenaline induced shootout.

1) Harding is the only reason why the Wild are still as high as they are in the standings, he's having an amazing year. He'll be out the next week due to medication treatment changes for his MS so hopefully Backstrom can step up this week

2) That hit on Schenn is a tough call. Schenn did turn. Did they say anything about a hearing yet?

3) I'd prefer atleast 10 minutes of 4v4 OT before a shootout

I don't think there's been a hearing yet but its kind of a questionable hit. Like you said, Schenn turned in at the last moment but at the same time the other guy came out of nowhere full speed looking to ruin someone. At the very least it should be a couple games.

Yeah, it was definitely a charging call in a dangerous area. Apparently he has a hearing today for the hit.

haha i missed the whole game today :( i heard about 3 minutes on the radio and it sounded like the nucks were shitting the bed, hopefully they deserved the win with a late push lol another shootout though.. ill be glad if they ever remove it lol
